Ingredients:
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut drink
- 7 tbsp coconut flour
Method:
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients except dark chocolate.
- Form 8 bars, and dip your bars in chocolate using salad tongs.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate solidifies.
