COCONUT PROTEIN BARS

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/4  cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut drink
  • 7 tbsp coconut flour

Method:

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except dark chocolate.
  2. Form 8 bars, and dip your bars in chocolate using salad tongs.
  3. Refrigerate until the chocolate solidifies.
